To be considered for 2009-2010 enrollment a completed
Registration Packet
must be received
in our Admissions Office.
Packet Forms can be picked up in our school office or downloaded below.

(office hours during the school year are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.)

Immaculate Heart of Mary School |

Children whose families are parishioners at another Catholic Parish which
does not have a school with the agreement of their pastor to pay the
parish subsidy and registration for children of non-parishioners |
INCOMING FIRST
GRADERS for 2009/2010
A readiness assessment must
be given to every child entering our first grade. You will be notified if
the readiness assessment determines your child is not ready for first
grade. The assessment dates are March 23,26, and 27. The assessment
includes language development, auditory perception, vision and hearing
screening. Call Lisa Day at 388-3021 after February 11 to schedule a
date for your
child’s assessment. Incoming first graders have a limited schedule the
first week of school and more information concerning this schedule will be
sent at a later date.
Students enrolling after these dates are required to provide a copy of their
first grade report card and may be tested before being admitted.

Our school code
is 1924 They will hold a Measuring Night at IHM on Wednesday,
May 20, in our school Heritage Hall from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
· Our
PTO manages a Used Uniform Program. This is your opportunity to purchase
used polo shirts, skirts, sweatshirts and pants. In
September and May they host a Used Uniform
Sale at our school. On Tuesday, May 19, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. the PTO
will hold a Used Uniform Sale. CASH ONLY (checks not accepted).
Bring singles as change will not be available.
