To Create a 4 page block poster in Excel
Open Microsoft Excel
File
    Page setup
Move down to scaling
     Adjust to 200%
Go to Margins
    Set all to .5 in. ( That's 1/2 inch)
    O.K.
 
Highlight the first 2 pages on top and  2 down for a total of 4 pages
 
You will create your poster in this 2X2 page area
 
Save as: poster
 
Tools that are useful in a poster:
clip art or pictures from file for art work
Word Art-for titles
Text Boxes-for phrases or sentences
Borders
Save as: poster
