Dress Code Information

Attached to this communication you will find a copy of the Dress Code from our Student Handbook, as well as our School Codes and information to our 2 uniform vendors, Lands End and Schoolbelles.

We suggest ordering uniform pieces early, as they may not always be readily in stock.

 

Health Office Information

Attached to this communication you will find a copy of the Health Office Requirements for the 2018/2019 School Year. Please note all pertinent health records need to be received by August 1st.

IHM Football Camp

All students in grades K-8 are invited to participate in the IHM Football Camp which will be held at IHM Bolger Field from July 9th-12th 9-11am.  This camp is open to all students, regardless if they are registered to play football in the fall.  Click Here for additional information about the camp. School Open House/Backpack Blessing/Parish Picnic/Day of Action

 

SAVE THE DATE:  Saturday August 18th

All classrooms will be open from 3:30-4:30pm. Students can meet their teacher, drop off their school supplies and catch up with friends.  At 4:30pm, we will head outside. Join us for Mass in the Grass at 5:00 p.m. (weather permitting) and the Backpack Blessing during Mass.  Dinner will be served after Mass.  Fun and Games for all!! 

 

Service Opportunity: Please start saving travel size toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) so we can assembly "I Care" packets for local homeless shelters.

 

School Office Hours

We are on reduced office hours. School office will be open from 9am-12pm throughout June.

 

School Supply Information

Attached to this communication you will find a copy of the School Supplies List for 2018/2019.

These items can be delivered to your child’s homeroom the day of the Open House on August 18th.

 

Transportation Information

Attached to this communication you will find Transportation Forms for Batavia, Forest Hills, Milford and New Richmond (West Clermont does not require a form). A form must be completed and mailed to your respective District in order to receive any kind of transportation services for the 2018/2019 School Year. Please complete and mail to your district as soon as possible.

 

Volunteering at School

All visitors must be VIRTUS trained and compliant upon visiting the school, eating lunch with a student, field trip chaperones or volunteering in any capacity with the school or parish.  VIRTUS compliant means the visitor has completed a background check, attended the VIRTUS session and is up to date on all monthly training sessions.  Visitors not VIRTUS trained or not compliant will not be permitted to enter the school beyond the school lobby.

 

IHM will host Virtus training on July 24th and August 8th, both at 6pm. Please visit www.virtusonline.org to register for the class.  You DO NOT need to take the training at IHM. You may take the training at any church/school within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

 

Kindergarten Students

If you haven’t turned in your Supply Fee, please send in to school. Place $50 in an envelope and mark “Kindergarten Supply Fee”. You can drop off to the school office, parish office or send via mail.

 

Grade 5 Students

All musical selections for students entering 5th grade were due to the school office last Friday, June 15th.  If you have not completed your selection and turned it into the office, please do so ASAP.  You can also e-mail selection to communications@ihomschool.org

 

Grade 6-8 Students

All On-Core Selection Sheets were due to the school office last Friday, June 15th. If you have not completed your selection and turned it into the office, please do so ASAP. You can also e-mail selection to communications@ihomschool.org
