Parents, how would you like to spend time helping your child  discover fascinating facts about energy? We are excited to have COSI (Center of Science & Industry) come to IHM.

 

They will present their “Investigating Energy” program to students in grades 1st through 6th.

 

Heritage will be transformed into nine fantastic stations letting students learn “hands-on” about energy. Students will explore topics such as renewable and non-renewable energy resources, testing the power of wind and learning about energy conservation.

 

To make this day a success we need your help! Please volunteer to work with students for the whole day or just the morning or afternoon. COSI brings fantastic programs that the students truly enjoy learning from. It’s a great opportunity to share this experience with the students and a great time.

No experience needed and we will even include lunch!
