Grades K through 8
**Please note: these steps are for families that DO NOT have an existing child at
IHM Day School AND are registering a child for Grades K-8 only.
Step 1: Log in to our Student Management System OptionC: HERE
Complete all steps to register your child as a PROSPECT in this system.
**If you are currently in the IHM Preschool and moving to IHM Kindergarten please omit this step.
Step 2: After you have completed the OptionC steps, please go HERE to complete the
IHM School 2024-25 Registration and Tuition Agreement & Deposit Forms.
*All steps, including the non-refundable technology fee, must be complete for admission consideration.
Step 3: Pay the non-refundable technology fee per student through check or WeShare. Please click HERE for WeShare payment portal (2024-2025 K - 8 Tuition Deposit). Checks can be made out to IHM School and can be dropped off with other requested documents to the school office. Office is open every weekday from 7:30am-3:30pm.
Please go to the link HERE for all tuition assistance opportunities through Archdiocesan (CEF) and Immaculate Heart of Mary. Applications are due February 25, 2024
