On February 26th about 250 students and their parents participated at the annual Family Math Night. The evening consisted of nine stations at each grade band, K-1, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8. Students and their parents were engaged in many fun learning activities that brings math to life for everyone. After completing an activity, the students earned Einstein Bucks to spend at the Einstein Buck Store. This encourages the students to manage the money they earned while shopping from a wide variety of items. It was a fun and active learning experience for all.

 

Marge English, Melissa Nolan and Judy Gerwe planned the event which was carried out with a lot of help from other IHM teachers and friends.
