2025-2026 Online Registration- New Families
Grades K through 8
**Please note: these steps are for families that DO NOT have an existing child at
IHM Day School AND are registering a child for Grades K-8 only.
Step 1: Log in to our Student Management System OptionC HERE
Complete all steps to register your child as a PROSPECT in this system.
**If you are currently in the IHM Preschool and moving to IHM Kindergarten please omit this step.
Step 2: After you have completed the OptionC steps, please go HERE to complete the
IHM School 2025-2026Registration and Tuition Agreement & Deposit Forms
*All steps, including payment of technology fee per student, must be complete for registration to be finalized.
If selecting to pay your nonrefundable technology fee online, click HERE to be directed to the WeShare payment portal.
If selecting to pay your nonrefundable technology by check, please make payable to IHM School and send to the School Office – Attn: Mrs. Deardorff.
*Transferring students entering grades 1-8 will need to go through the admissions process before being accepted. To be considered for admission to Immaculate Heart of Mary School, families will need to complete the following steps:
1. Students interested in grades 4-8 will need to schedule an in-person shadow day.
2. Must provide copies of ISP's or Accommodation Plans/Past Evaluation documentation if applicable. You can find the form HERE
3. Three years of standardized test scores, recent report card and attendance records from the current school.
4. If a transferring student does not have recent diagnostic assessments in math and reading, IHM will administer an assessment as part of the admissions process.
5. Submit recommendation form to admissions office. You can find the form HERE

Additional funding has been set aside for tuition assistance. We strongly encourage ALL families to complete an application for available tuition assistance through the FACTS portal.
Applications for IHM’s Tuition Fund & Catholic Education Fund are due FEBRUARY 16th!
