One aspect of the One Faith , One Hope, One Love (1F1H1L) campaign started several years ago was to address the need of tuition assistance to families who otherwise might not be able to send their children to a Catholic school. These grants are for elementary school (K-8) and typically range from $250 to $1200 per qualified student.
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS JANUARY 31, 2020.
Please make sure to upload all supporting documents - 2018 tax return, 2018 W2's and 2019 W2's (if available).
2. Immaculate Heart of Mary Tuition Assistance
Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish provides tuition assistance to help parish day school families (K-8) attend the school. Active parishioners may apply for assistance by completing an application.
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MARCH 20, 2020 however we strongly suggest submitting your application by the January 31, 2020 date to be eligible for both assistance options.
You can apply for BOTH of these tuition assistance options by completing ONE online application found at: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3xhs0
Simple steps to apply:
1. Choose "Create a user name and password" or if you already have an account, click "Sign In"
2. Then click on the Start Application link
3. Select the appropriate school year (2020-2021)
4. Complete the steps as prompted
The application will be processed by a third party company which will apply designated criteria in order to rank eligibility and determine dollar amounts available for assistance. The application must be submitted each year by specified dates, and eligibility for these financial grants will be determined by April for the next academic year. All parents registering for the next school year are expected to submit a tuition deposit during the February registration period, regardless of whether or not they are currently on financial assistance. If a financial crisis occurs during the course of a school year, parents will have an opportunity to complete an application for financial assistance at that time.
If financial circumstances change, prayerfully consider repaying the parish for the assistance you have received.
