The Spanish and Music staff at IHM has introduced a new and exciting program for the Kindergarten - 2nd Graders. Music, Movement and Culture, or MMC, will fuse culture and language from all over the world with song and dance. Each trimester all Kindergarten through 2nd Graders will focus on one area of the world, and learn some basic language skills through music and movement.

Our first trimester students are going to study the country of Mexico. The end of this unit will conclude with the students celebrating “Dia De Los Muertos” or “The Day of the Dead” including an evening performance on November 2nd.
