The Campus Beautification Project aims to transform and revitalize our school grounds through three carefully planned phases. We are excited to kick off this project with the initial goal of replacing our playground structure in Phase 1.
- Phase 1 will focus on replacing the playground structure, ensuring a safe, modern, and engaging environment for our children to play and grow
- Phase 2 will enhance our outdoor classroom, creating an inviting space for experiential learning and connection with nature
- Phase 3 will address general campus beautification to create an aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects the pride we hold in our school
With a fundraising goal of $150,000 we will be relying on the proceeds from our upcoming walk-a-thon (May 27) and community sponsorships to make this vision a reality.
Why Replace the Playground?
The current playground structure has served our community for over 17 years, but it is now in need of an update to meet current safety standards and provide a more innovative space for recreating and learning. We believe the playground is the heart of IHM's outdoor space - bringing students, families, and the broader community together in a place that encourages connection, creativity, and active play.
