Current Family Re-Enrollment

2026-2027 Current Family Registration (Reregistration)

Grades K through 8 

 

Step 1: Prepare

(Rereg Window: Nov 17th to Jan 12th)

 
  • All current PreK – 7th grade students will be automatically enrolled.
  • Review the OptionC Reregistration documents found HERE. 

 

Step 2: Reregister in OptionC

(Window: Nov 17th to Jan 12th)

 
  • All families have been set to "yes" as intends to re-register.
      • If your family does NOT intend to return, you must change your status to “no” or “undecided. “
      • Selecting “no” releases your student’s placement after the current-family window closes on January 12.
      • Log in using your email address (username) and password to your OptionC account HERE and follow the instructions outlined in the documents. 

 

  • Registering a New Student?
    This is also where you will register any new K–8 students not currently enrolled in IHM Preschool or Day School. 

 

Step 3: Required eForms

(eForms due by Jan 12th)

 

Your OptionC profile will display all required eForms. These include:

 
  • Tuition Agreement
  • Registration Policies

Step 4: Tech Fee & Payment Setup 

(Paid by Jan 12th)

 

  • A non-refundable technology fee will be added to your OptionC profile.
  • Click HERE for detailed setup instructions for our new payment system, Matt Money.
  • This fee needs to be paid by Jan 12th to secure your student’s placement.

 

Registration is NOT finalized until all of the following are completed:

 
  • OptionC Reregistration
  • All required eForm signatures (Tuition Deposit / Registration Policies)
  • Technology Fee payment per student

 

Paying by Check?
Make checks payable to IHM School and send to the School Office – Attn: Admissions.

 

Step 5: Tuition Assistance Opportunities              

 
  • View all tuition assistance options HERE.   
  • Additional funding has been allocated, and we strongly encourage ALL families to submit a tuition assistance application through the FACTS

 

Deadlines:

 
  • IHM Tuition Fund & Catholic Education Fund: Applications due February 13
  • EdChoice: Application window opens February 1 (details HERE)
