My name is Belinda Puening and I am very excited to be on staff here at Immaculate Heart of Mary as the Cafeteria Manager.  My background in restaurant development and management has really come in handy with my toughest (and sweetest) critics, the students!  As a mom of 3 kids here at IHM, I am constantly working to provide the most healthy and delicious meals.  From homemade marinara sauce and meatloaf to our famous chicken nuggets, my staff and I work hard to fill bellies and give a smile.

 

Our cafeteria offers a variety of items, including a daily hot lunch, house-made salads and wraps and made daily cookies.  We try to balance the healthy and yummy and expose students to a variety of new foods.  Our cafeteria also carries sweet and salty treats as an extra purchase. 

 

Volunteers are always welcomed and encouraged.  Not only would it be a HUGE help, but you can see your student in their lunch environment.  If you are interested, please email me and set up a time.  The only training needed is to be Safe Parish certified, the rest can be learned on the fly with a smile.
