Registration Information

New Family Registration: 2026-2027 (K-8) 

Welcome to Immaculate Heart of Mary School! To initiate your child's registration, please complete the following phases.

 

Phase 1: Core Registration

 

Step 1: Student Management System (OptionC)

  • Log in to OptionC.
  • Start Application and register your child as a PROSPECT.
  • Note: If you are moving from IHM Preschool to Kindergarten, omit this step.

 

Step 2: Tuition Deposit and Registration Agreement

 

Step 3: Technology Fee Tuition Deposit Payment A non-refundable technology fee is required per student. Choose one:

  • Online: Pay via the WeShare payment portal. Click HERE.
  • By Check: Make payable to IHM School and send it to the School Office Attn: Admissions.

 

Phase 2: Transfer Students (Grades 1-8)

Students entering grades 1-8 must complete the admissions process before acceptance:

 

  1. Release of Records: Click here for digital release form, and only if selecting to transfer all records. Customize forms must be done via hard copy.  Click HERE for printable version to submit to Admissions.
  2. Baptismal Certificate: Provide physical copy if not provided by current school release of records.
  3. Shadow Day: Required for students entering grades 4-8.
  4. Special Documentation: Provide copies of Medical, ISP, Past Evaluation documentation, if not provided by current school release of records.
  5. Academic Records: Provide 3 years of standardized test scores, recent report cards, and attendance records from the current school.
  6. Assessments: IHM will administer math and reading assessments if recent diagnostic data is unavailable.
  7. Recommendation: Submit the official recommendation form to the admissions office. Click HERE for a download version.

 

Phase 3: Tuition Assistance/Tuition Payment

 

  •  We strongly encourage ALL families to apply for assistance through the FACTS portal.
  • Once registration is accepted, FACTS can be used to set up tuition payment.

Deadlines:

  • IHM Tuition Fund & Catholic Education Fund: Deadline to submit application along with all supporting documentation is 02/13/2026. Application must be in verified status by 02/28/2026.
  • EdChoice: Application window opens February 1 (details HERE)
