Tuition Assistance Policy
Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish provides opportunities for tuition assistance to help parish day school families attend the school. There are 3 funding opportunities for any family to make Catholic education affordable.
**Families applying for traditional tuition assistance are also required to apply for the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship. This includes families living in Ohio with students in kindergarten to grade 8. This requirement applies to both new and current families.

The Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program provides state-funded scholarships to Ohio students in grades K-12 to attend participating in private schools. Students may qualify for a Traditional EdChoice Scholarship based upon their designated public school or the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship based upon household income level. All Ohio students in grades K-12 are now eligible for some level of EdChoice Scholarship. Application and Renewal process for Ohio EdChoice Scholarship program opens February 1, 2026.
Acceptable Forms of Address Proof
Archdiocese of Cincinnati Catholic Education Fund: these grants are for preschool and elementary school students (preschool – 8th). Please make sure to upload all supporting tax documents as required by the FACTS system.
Immaculate Heart of Mary Tuition Assistance: Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish provides tuition assistance to help parish day school families (K-8) attend the school. Active parishioners may apply for assistance by completing an application through FACTS.
**To qualify for the IHM assistance, you must meet all deadlines**
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION and all required tax documents for CEF and IHM Assistance is February 13, 2026 – application must be in “verified status” by February 28, 2026.
